Refund policy

This English version is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hazy Hills GmbH, Neudorf 82, 3335 Gaflenz, Austria, email: info [at] hazyherbs [dot] com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Cost of return: We bear the direct costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal. However, please inform us of the return in advance so that we can provide you with a return label or further instructions.

Compensation for loss in value: You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. This means that if you receive sealed food or hygiene products (e.g. herbal blends or tea whose packaging/seal has been opened), the right of withdrawal for these products expires once the packaging has been opened. In addition, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded.
