That means no added flavourings and no harmful substances. We only use dried herbs, most of them from organic farming or wild harvesting.

Please follow the preparation instructions on the packaging. We cannot accept any liability for other uses!

For some uses, such as potpourri or incense, it helps to keep your herbs moist with a so-called Hydrostone. That gives you a better aroma. Alternatively, simply put a slice of apple or orange into your tin overnight.

As with everything, quality makes the difference with herbal blends too:

• We only use tested, 100% natural ingredients, either from organic farming or wild harvesting. We source our herbs as locally as possible.
• Other brands take the raw material, shred it and put it straight into the bag. We sort every batch by hand: unwanted parts like stems or pollen dust are sieved out manually, and we check every batch carefully.
• Packing is also done by hand by our helpers in inclusion workshops – a small but valuable contribution to creating meaningful jobs and participation.

In short: we don't go for the cheapest purchase price. We go for the best possible supply chain and quality for our customers.

Most herbs in our blends have a mildly calming effect. Some herbs are more activating or stimulating. You will find a detailed overview of each herb in the product description.

On top of the delivery time of 1–3 working days, we need a little time to prepare your order.

Depending on your payment method, this can take up to 3 working days. As soon as your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking link.

Your order is shipped with DHL or Austrian Post. Once payment is received, we send every order by priority shipping with tracking.

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days. On top of that comes our processing time, which can also be up to 3 working days.

Once your order has shipped, you will get an email from Austrian Post or DHL with a link to track your parcel. This usually happens
a few hours to 2 days after you receive our "ready to ship" email.

Please be patient: it can take a little while until the carrier has scanned your parcel and you receive the email with your tracking number.

If your chosen payment method, for example credit card or instant bank transfer, fails, the system cancels your order automatically. This can happen because of a typo or, rarely, a technical problem.
