This means that within the EU, it can take up to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time you place your order until you receive the goods. In isolated cases, it may take even longer, for example due to delivery delays over which we have no control.
So please wait at least 2 weeks before complaining about a delivery.
Is there shipment tracking?
Yes, every order within the EU is shipped with tracking. Once your order has been scanned by the post office or DHL, you should automatically receive an email from the delivery service with a link to your tracking information.

Where is my order?
As described in the Delivery Time & Processing Time section, it may take up to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to arrive. It usually takes less time, but we ask for your patience.
If you haven't received your delivery after two weeks, please contact us with your order number. We can then initiate a tracking process with the post office.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and the correct address. If your shipment is still with us, we can still correct the error.
Please note that undeliverable shipments due to an address error will require you to pay the shipping costs again. We also incur additional costs for returns and redeliveries.
