Where is my order?

In addition to the delivery time of 1-3 working days, we also need a certain amount of processing time.

Depending on the payment method chosen, this can take up to 3 business days. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Please note that the tracking email may not reach you until the day after shipment.

Is there shipment tracking?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the post office or DHL with a link to your shipment tracking.

This usually happens a few hours, or sometimes even a day, after you receive a "ready to ship" email from us. Please be patient; it may take some time for the courier to scan your package and for you to receive the email with the tracking number.

Which shipping service provider do you use?

Your order is usually shipped via DHL or Austrian Post . We ship all orders via priority shipping with tracking after receipt of payment. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

Why was my order canceled?

If your chosen payment option, such as credit card or instant bank transfer, fails, your order will be automatically canceled by the system.

This can happen due to incorrect input or, rarely, due to a technical problem.

How can you use your herbs?

Your Hazy Herbs are a herbal tea blend and intended for this purpose. Please follow the preparation instructions on the packaging. We assume no liability for other uses.

We have heard from customers that they enjoy using herbal blends for various purposes, such as:

  • Ritual incense
  • Essential bath additive
  • Mixture with other herbs
  • Additive for cooking

For some applications, such as smoking, it's recommended to moisten your herbs using a hydrostone . This ensures a softer consistency and a milder aroma.

Are your products free from additives and harmful substances?

Yes, we only use natural ingredients for our herbal tea blends.

They are therefore 100% free from added flavors and harmful substances. We use only dried herbs, mostly organically grown or wild-harvested.

Are your products free from animal testing?

Yes! All of our products, whether herbal blends or accessories, are 100% free from animal testing!
