Terms and conditions for the Hazy Herbs photo competition

1. organizer
   The organizer is Hazy Hills GmbH, Neudorf 82, 3335 Gaflenz, Austria.

2. participation

   • All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in the EU are eligible to participate.

   • Participation is possible by uploading a review including a photo to hazyherbs.com or posting the corresponding photo on Instagram and tagging our brand with @hazy.herbs .

   • The chance of winning depends solely on the creativity and quality of the photo.

3. Process & Profit

   • Each month, a winner is selected for the most creative or best photo.

   • The selection is made by the Hazy Herbs team at their subjective discretion (criteria include creativity, image quality, originality).

   • The prize is €50 in cash (bank transfer) or as a shopping voucher (at the winner's discretion).

   • The winner will be notified by email or via message on social media.

4. Data protection & use of photos

   • By participating, you agree that your photo and review may be published on hazyherbs.com and on our social media channels.

   • The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.

5. Term & Reservation

   • This is a limited-time competition.

   • Hazy Herbs reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

   • There is no entitlement to performance.

6. Miscellaneous

   • A cash payout of the voucher is not possible unless you choose direct money transfer.

   • Legal recourse is excluded.

   • This competition is in no way affiliated with Meta, Google, or any other platforms.
